Psychotherapy for Adolescents and Adults
Welcome
If you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or anxious, therapy can help you find lasting relief and deeper self-understanding. You might feel stuck in patterns: replaying conversations long after they’re over, worrying about being a burden, or feeling torn between wanting closeness and pulling away. You may be navigating transitions, like leaving home, starting a career, or beginning/ending a relationship. You’re trying to make sense of the anxiety, low mood, or grief you feel. You want relief, but you also want to understand why you feel the way you do.
I work with adults and adolescents facing anxiety, depression, attachment issues, grief, and life transitions. Together, we pay close attention to your thoughts, feelings, and ways of relating, and explore how these may be shaped by earlier experiences. As insight develops, we work on practical ways of coping so that you can navigate daily life with more flexibility.
My goal is to offer a space where you feel understood and taken seriously. Therapy is a place to look closely at what’s getting in the way and to consider new possibilities for moving forward. If this resonates with you, I welcome you to reach out so we can explore whether we might be a good fit.
