About Me
I am a graduate of Silberman School of Social Work in New York City, where I earned a Master of Social Work degree. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri and Illinois. I have experience in psychological research, crisis intervention, and school and outpatient settings. I am currently providing telehealth therapy to adults.
My approach to therapy focuses on helping you understand yourself more fully—why your symptoms or difficulties arise, how they connect to your life history, and how to make changes that facilitate growth. I believe psychotherapy expands our capacity to connect with others and to make lasting changes in our thoughts and behaviors. I am inspired by the human capacity for growth.
I am committed to ongoing professional growth and self-reflection, which I pursue through continuing education, training, and my own personal therapy. Engaging in these practices allows me to stay informed about new developments in psychotherapy, refine my skills, and deepen my understanding of the therapeutic process. By investing in my own growth, I can better support my clients, offering thoughtful, informed, and compassionate care tailored to their unique experiences and needs.
